Tinnitus
Assessment of ringing in the ears: where it comes from, what can be examined, and which treatment paths are possible.

Vertigo and dizziness
Examination of the balance organ in cases of spinning sensations, unsteadiness and difficulty walking.

Nose and sinuses
Blocked nasal breathing, recurring inflammation, pressure over the forehead and cheeks — examination of the nose and paranasal sinuses.

Allergies
Allergy testing for seasonal and year-round complaints, with advice on the next steps.

Snoring and sleep apnoea
Assessment of snoring and pauses in breathing during sleep. Referral to a sleep laboratory where required.

Voice, speech and swallowing
Examination in cases of persistent hoarseness, voice problems, difficulty swallowing, and speech or language difficulties.

Earache, recurring infections, enlarged adenoids and questions about hearing — examined in a child-friendly way.

Examination under the microscope
To assess the ear canal and eardrum we work with a surgical microscope. This allows a precise view — and therefore an assessment based on what can actually be seen.

How do I get an appointment?
Appointments are arranged by phone on 0201 212222 during opening hours, or any time online via Doctolib. Treatment is by prior appointment only.
Which health insurers are accepted?
We treat patients with all German statutory health insurers, as well as privately insured patients and self-payers.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your insurance card, a referral if you have one, a list of your medication, and any previous findings or doctors' letters relating to your complaint.
What should I do about sudden hearing loss?
Sudden hearing loss in one ear should be examined promptly. Call us during opening hours. Outside opening hours, the medical on-call service is available on 116 117.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We examine children for earache, recurring infections, enlarged adenoids and questions about hearing.
Which languages are spoken?
Treatment is possible in German, Arabic and English.
